Privacy policy

Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity session recording, and Adsterra ads load by default on this guide. The notice lets you reject them, and the choice is stored in this browser for 180 days. YouTube loads when you press a play control.

Who is responsible

The operator of pokemongsvitro.com publishes this guide. Contact [email protected]. There is no separate company registration printed here because none is claimed. This is an independent fan guide and is not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, The Pokémon Company, or Perseida Project.

The choice this site stores

The site sets no first-party advertising cookie of its own. The consent script writes the local-storage key pgsv_consent. Its value is a small record: choice (granted or denied), a timestamp, and an expiry 180 days later. The same record is used by the banner, the GA4 consent signals, the Clarity loader, and the Adsterra loader.

On a first visit with no saved record, the loaders treat the choice as granted, load the integrations described below, and still show the notice with Accept and Reject. A consent record is saved when you make a choice; a first visit itself is not saved as an acceptance. Reject replaces the record with denied, sets GA4 advertising and analytics storage to denied, sets the GA4 measurement opt-out flag, passes denied to Clarity, and reloads the page. The saved denied record prevents advertising and recording scripts from loading on that and later pages. Accept writes granted and reloads the page to restore those integrations.

The floating Adsterra bar has a second local-storage key, pgsv_adbar_closed. Closing the bar stores { closed: true } with an expiry 180 days later, so the bar stays closed after a reload. The bar returns after that record expires or when this site’s stored data is cleared. Cookie settings changes integration consent and does not reset the separate close record.

If the browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the script writes denied and does not wait for a click. A Do Not Track header is not read by this static site; GPC is the signal the page honors. The integrations currently load before a banner choice; Accept records permission and Reject disables them. The banner does not withhold the first requests. You can change the choice at any time with Cookie settings in the footer.

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC, with Google Ireland Limited for visitors in the EEA and UK) is loaded on every page by default through gtag.js, Measurement ID G-YV9PB79L86. The tag sets the first-party cookies _ga and _ga_ (normally up to two years) and sends page URL, referrer, device and browser details, approximate location derived from the IP address, and interaction events to Google. Google does not receive the raw IP address in GA4; it is used to derive coarse location. The site does not publish a verified property-specific retention period; Google’s policy describes its processing and retention controls.

We use the reports to see which pages are read and to fix broken navigation. We do not use GA4 to build an advertising profile of you, and we do not link it to an account. Reject calls gtag('consent', 'update') with analytics_storage denied, also sets the measurement opt-out flag for this ID, and reloads the page. Consent Mode alone may still send cookieless pings; this site’s additional opt-out flag disables measurement while denied. The gtag.js library itself is still requested. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on or block googletagmanager.com. Google's policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.

Microsoft Clarity

Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation) is loaded on every page by default under project z7an8jpbun. The official snippet requests www.clarity.ms/tag/z7an8jpbun and scripts.clarity.ms, and reports to *.clarity.ms. GA4 collection is sent to www.google-analytics.com; the browser review on 2 November 2026 observed these Google and Microsoft hosts plus bicea.org. Additional ad demand partners may vary by region and time; see Adsterra’s policy below. Clarity sets the first-party cookies _clck (about one year) and _clsk (about one day), and may use session storage, to recognise a browser and stitch a visit together.

Clarity records clicks, scrolling, mouse movement, pages viewed, device and browser details, and a session replay. Clarity applies masking to sensitive content; we do not ask you to type personal data into this guide. Microsoft controls recording and heatmap retention under its Clarity policy; this guide does not claim a verified custom retention setting. Microsoft processes this data in the United States. We use it to see where readers get stuck and to improve layout and explanations.

Reject passes denied storage signals using Clarity’s consentv2 interface and reloads the document. Consent denial alone can permit limited tracking, so this site also prevents the Clarity loader from running at all while the saved choice is denied. You can also block clarity.ms or use Microsoft's privacy statement and controls. Avoid sending sensitive information through any interaction on this site.

Adsterra advertising

Adsterra (Adsterra Network) supplies the advertising on this guide. The account is publisher 3403020 and the site is website 6169393; ads.txt declares that seller. Two units are in use: Native Banner 32051442, placed in the page, and Social Bar 32051443, the floating bar at the bottom-right. Adult ads are switched off for this site.

The Adsterra scripts load by default from bicea.org. Adsterra and its demand partners may set cookies and similar identifiers, read device and browser information, and use the page URL and approximate location to choose and measure an ad. Those cookies are set by the ad domains, not by this guide, and their lifetime is controlled by Adsterra and its partners. We do not receive or store the cookie values. We use the reports to keep the guide free; the first ad requests occur by default, and Reject disables the integrations on the reloaded page.

Reject removes the Adsterra slots and reloads the page to discard scripts, frames, and timers already created by the network. While denied is saved, neither Adsterra placement is requested. To opt out of personalized advertising, use Adsterra's privacy policy and opt-out, the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out, or the Your Online Choices tool in the EU. You can also block bicea.org and adsterra.com in the browser. We do not sell personal data.

YouTube and outbound links

Video thumbnails are served from this domain. A YouTube frame is not part of the initial page; pressing a play control creates an iframe to www.youtube.com for that one video. From that moment Google's own cookies and policy apply to the frame. The videos used are the 26 September 2026 release trailer and a 30 October 2026 gameplay video. YouTube's terms are at policies.google.com/privacy.

Outbound links to Perseida, Discord, Reddit, MediaFire, GitHub, and tool documentation leave this site. Those sites set their own storage and have their own policies; this page does not control them.

Mail and your rights

If you email the contact address, the message is kept long enough to answer and to fix the page. You can ask for access, correction, or deletion of that correspondence, and you can object to keeping it. Email the same address. There is no account to export.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to the analytics and advertising processing described above, to ask for a copy of the data, or to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. Use Cookie settings for the quickest route, or email us and say which right you are using.

This policy changes by editing this page. The modified date in the header is the date of the text. Older aliases /privacy-policy/, /cookie-policy/, and /cookies/ redirect here.

Questions

Do you sell data?

No. There is no account and no newsletter. Adsterra and Google may use their own ad cookies, and you can reject them or opt out with the links below.

What is stored on this device?

The key pgsv_consent holds granted or denied plus an expiry 180 days out. The key pgsv_adbar_closed remembers that the floating Adsterra bar was closed, also for 180 days.
