Is Kanto in Pokémon GS Vitro?
Kanto is not in the first version. The developer FAQ says the team plans to add it later and does not give a date. Beating the Elite Four does not unlock Kanto in this release.

The developer FAQ excludes Kanto from the first version and describes a later addition without a schedule. The planned region should not be presented as an unlock after the Elite Four.
What you can do instead
Launch Johto still has eight gym cities, more than 350 obtainable Pokémon, mass outbreaks, and a radio segment called “Sounds of…” that the developer says can surface any Pokémon over time. The expanded Kanto side of the regional dex is part of that species pool. It is not a boat to Vermilion.
GS Chronicles, a different game, has been described as opening Kanto with 16 badges in a November 2026 beta. If a video shows Kanto and 16 badges, check the title before assuming it is Vitro.

Questions
Why do people think Kanto is included?
The download page says the Johto and Kanto regional dex was expanded. That is a species list, not a second map. GS Chronicles is also advertising Kanto in the same season.
Is there a date?
No. “At a later date” is the whole schedule.
