Cheats
Why a GameShark candy code cannot apply.
Cheats →ITEMS
There is no infinite Rare Candy. The FAQ says the experience curve was adjusted so weaker Pokémon catch up faster, and candies remain rare items or rewards on some maps.
The experience curve is gentler for Pokémon that are behind. Rare Candies are still scarce. The PC sharing a little experience is the systemic replacement for an infinite candy item. The FAQ does not name those maps.
GameShark and Action Replay wrote values into console memory from the 1990s through about 2012, including Game Boy and GBA. GS Vitro is a Windows RPG Maker XP game, so those code lists have nowhere to attach. If a page offers a candy code, it is describing a different game, usually a GBA hack.

Yes. The FAQ says Pokémon in the PC gain a small amount of experience.
The FAQ says some maps hide them as rare items or rewards. It does not list maps or counts, so this page does not either.
No. Permadeath and Random are options at the start of a new game.
