GS Chronicles →CHEATS
There is no GameShark list for Pokémon GS Vitro. The game is a Windows project, and GameShark wrote to console memory. A cheat search usually wants GS Chronicles, which is a different GBA game.
GameShark and Action Replay, from the 1990s into the early 2010s, patched values in Game Boy, GBA, and other console memory. A code is an address plus a value for that memory map. RPG Maker XP on Windows does not share that map, so pasting a GBA line into a trainer program is not “the Vitro code with a new name.”
The project people mix up with this one, GS Chronicles, is a FireRed hack. Devices that target GBA games are at least aimed at the right kind of file there. I still do not publish a Chronicles list on this page; the comparison page is the place that says the games differ.
Permadeath and Random are start-of-game modes. Shiny odds can move with the charm and a chain. Rare Candies exist as rare items, not as an infinite switch. Offline trade codes, in one developer post, move Pokémon between players. None of those is a memory code.

No. The code expects a GBA ROM in memory. Vitro is not that ROM.
They are options on a new game, described on the download page.
